INEOS Grenadier is official Bash partner in 2024
The tough INEOS Grenadier – which combines rugged British spirit and design with German engineering rigour – has been announced as the official vehicle partner for the iconic Birdsville Big Red Bash and Broken Hill Mundi Mundi Bash outback musical festivals in 2024.
The Grenadier will be put to work supporting the festival operational teams to tow vital gear out to both spectacular events in the remote Simpson Desert near Birdsville and Mundi Mundi Plains at Silverton, out of Broken Hill. The Grenadier will also be on hand for 4WD enthusiasts and adventurers to drool over, with test drives and vehicle demonstrations at each location.
The Grenadier was devised by Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who identified a gap in the market for a hard-working 4X4 that combined best-in-class off-road capability with modern on-road driving refinement for people who enjoy the experience and adventure of being behind the wheel. This premium, highly engineered 4X4 delivers the perfect blank canvas for those looking to traverse the Australian outback or tackle smaller adventures closer to home.

The INEOS Grenadier was launched in 2022. In 2023 a double-cab pick-up variant – the Quartermaster - was launched, and in February 2024 a third vehicle line called the INEOS Fusilier was unveiled, offering two powertrain options to meet global consumer needs: an all-electric and a range-extender electric.

Big Red Bash takes place this week in Birdsville, Queensland on 2-4 July, while the Broken Hill Mundi Mundi Bash is held from 15-17 August 2024.
