Opus Op13 Overview: Best of Both Worlds
Opus OP13 Overview
Since getting their start in 2011, the Opus Campers team have become global leaders in caravan and camper trailer design and production, thanks to their innovative approach and focus on accountability to their customers. Their latest releases bring the camper and caravan philosophies together in a pair of tough hybrids, the OP13 and OP15. We’ll be looking at the larger OP15 in a future issue, but today let’s turn a spotlight onto the smaller, more nimble OP13.
What the OP13 may lack in length it makes up for in convenience and manoeuvrability. Combining toughness and luxury, the OP13 offers a pop top roof, Truma internal shower and toilet, a king size inner spring mattress, bunks and an internal cooking space as options, and plenty of other inclusions that come as standard.
The OP13 is built for touring, with a DO35 hitch, off-road suspension and a galvanised steel chassis to help it take on any Aussie conditions, from sealed roads to off-road tracks and anything in-between.
