This is a VERY comfortable caravan that has all the features of home offering:
- Full Kitchen with gas fan-forced oven and grill, three gas burners and one electric plate and a microwave.
- Large 3-way 187 litre, 2 door fridge with a 47 litre freezer.
- Full Shower, sink, cupboards, drawers, washing machine and toilet.
- Very comfortable dining arrangement with a tri-fold dining table and seating that has flip up leg rests.
- There are two wardrobes (with lighting inside) and plenty of drawer space and also under bed storage.
- Two TV’s; a smaller 22” TV that can swivel and be seen in the bedroom or the dining area (there is also another wall bracket in the kitchen). There is also a large 42” LED TV that is housed in an enclosure with a lid and operates electronically, when the switch is turned on the enclosure lid opens and the TV rises slowly out of the enclosure - very cool!! This large TV is in front of the bed.
- Queen size bed. The bed is on the Slideout, which means that when the van is stationary for the night you press a switch and the bed moves electronically outwards and thereby gives you more room in the van - very clever idea!
- Dual double door wardrobes with large centre mirror and dressing table. Wardrobe interior lighting.
- Solar panels: There are 2 x 120 watt 2 x 160W solar panels on the roof.
- Air conditioning: Reverse cycle and also a very efficient diesel heater.
- Seating for 4 people and sleeping capacity for 2 people.
- On the outside of the van there is a pull down picnic table.
- Awning.
- FULLY ENCLOSED ANNEX which makes a separate room for guests or longer stays.
- 2 x 95 litre freshwater tanks and one 95 litre grey water tank.
- Hot water system: Gas and Electric.
- Suspension: Al-ko Enduro trailing arm independent spring. Semi off road suitable for unsealed formed roads.
- Regularly serviced. The last service (Sept 2022) we had all new brakes fitted and the roof re-sealed. The van has only been on the road for 8 weeks this past 12 months.
- Purchased new from dealership in July 2018 by previous owner.
