Australian made 2008 Macquarie 25, fifth wheeler motor home with optional 2014 XL Ford Ranger, Diesel 3.2 Litre (6 speed auto) tow vehicle with an extended fuel tank and full heavy duty front bull bar and CB radio system. Both vehicles are currently registered. The Ford Ranger is with just under 50,000 kms on the clock. Has recently had new Dunlop tyres fitted and a brand new battery installed.<br /><br />Macquarie 25 fifth wheeler is 25 foot long and built in Australia for Australian conditions. Was purchased in 2013 as a &quot;used&quot;  package including an older Ford Ranger. The package has been used twice over two consecutive years during the summer periods. During this time the original Ford Ranger has since been updated for a brand new 2014 model Ford Ranger XL, It has had a long range tank and heavy duty bull bar fitted. Also comes with CB radio unit installed new and used once. There is an easily removable tow ball unit in the back tray that connects to the travel home, engineer certified and equipped with &quot;break away&quot; brake safety system. The Travel Home brakes are electronic and can be &quot;load adjusted&quot; at the turn off a switch next to the Ford Rangers steering wheel. <br /><br />The Travel Home has a large sleeping area which has two single mattresses which can be placed side by side to make up a double mattress. It is fully equipped with shower, wash up sink, toilet, kitchen with sink and gas 3 burner stove top and brand new, unused Thetford oven and grill, microwave oven and a fridge that operates on gas, battery and power. The stove, hot water and fridge unit are supported by two gas bottles located inside a rear compartment on the outside of the motor home. There is a built in reverse cycle air conditioning unit for hot or cold conditions. The Travel Homes batteries are deep cycle and constantly charged by built in solar panels located on the roof of the motor home with a power monitor inside to check charge levels. Lounge and dining table area has a stereo and battery operated, brand new, unused LCD Digital TV that can easily be removed and mounted in the sleeping quarters or on the outside of the van under the built in canopy that pulls out to create an outdoor area for dining etc. Two mesh covers are supplied to attach to the canopy to add privacy and offer some protection from the weather. Brand new marine speakers are installed externally in the wall for outside entertainment whether its the built in stereo or the T.V unit display outside. The Travel Home is easily attached and removed from the tow vehicle by electronically controlled legs at the front of the motor home that simply lift the motor home off or onto, the tow ball unit, at the push of a button. Very quick and easy to do. I will also throw in a BRAND NEW 27 FOOT CARAVAN COVER WORTH $400, still unopened in the box as it was never needed. Both vehicles are registered and are ready to go. If required, THE TRAVEL HOME CAN BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. This package is owned by a retired New Zealand couple who have finished their travels in our great country. ALL OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
