The fit out is finished to a high quality low wear build and is still like new. Lots of storage space and head height. Sleeps two in full privacy and comfort. Is easy to park and fits in a standard carpark and holds all used water to a grey holding tank. Carries 120+lts of water in two build-in stainless tanks, with mixer/tap/sink and shower head.
All well lit with led lights, computer, dvr, audio amps, Tv tuner, flat screen, fridge (quiet), and water pump that all operate via 4x new house batteries and inverters.
All are recharged from engine alternator or by 2x 200w solar cells and regulator and ultimately by a 240v 12v 50amp auto battery charger when plug into 240v via an extention lead from a small generator or mains power, where everything can then be operative including, cooktop, hot water, microwave, gpo outlets etc.
 
The shower room is of good size and fan ventilated, with a low maintenance portable toilet.

From good tyres to bodywork/paint and general appearance with little to no rust, with a couple of rubs and scratches. The cook area is well ventilated via extraction fan and glass tinted roof hatch...Has lots extra like remote tv aerial, electric mirrors, reverse cam, tom tom gps..and sold with rego and RWC.
The motor has had a VRS kit and heads serviced.
And has only travelled some 900 odd kms since it was put in. 
It is a series 2 V6 Ecotec 3.8l motor, and the automatic is a 4 speed GM 4l60- E. (VS holden) + (Professional kit).
Can be fitted with Air-con with not much cost, as the motor has the compressor and vehicle has had factory air that just needs a front cooler and couple of pipes/regas.  Always starts first time and drives smooth, and the parts and test equipment are available everywhere and cheap to test and replace.
